Last night we attend our final awards of the year (we have been busy) we attended the @nmtmagazine Awards in @excellondon as Finalist for the Business Development Award, we didn’t win this time, however, we had a fantastic night celebrating all the achievements of all the nurseries across the nation that made it as finalists and winners. 💫

Finally, a personal WELL DONE to our Bonnie Bear Team who deserve all the commendations and who will continue to do amazing things at our @bonniebeardaycare for our children, We appreciate you dearly. 🌈🐻

This diagram is based on term time only (38 weeks of the year), however as a setting that offers full year care, we offer the choice to stretch these hours further, meaning you will receive approx 11 Hours as apposed to 15 hours for a full year place and approx 22 hours for a 30 hours place for your child to attend all year round.

Places are limited and demand is expected to be high come 2024 for all early years settings, please ensure if you are interested and would like to secure a place you can book a show around in advance and add your child to our 2024 intake waiting list, both of which can be done via our website or via DM or calling 0151 523 9680, www.bonniebeardaycare.co.uk 🌈🐻

This weekend we head to London as finalists for the prestigious @nmtmagazine awards @bonniebeardaycare have gratefully been chosen as finalists in the business development category in addition to 4 other well deserving finalists.

One of Grizzly Bears favourite songs to sing at circle time is Leo The Lion.

They created their own interpretation of what they think a lion looks like after seeing real pictures of real lions.

The children joined in at the start of the activity singing our Leo the lion song before we spoke about the lions hair and how big it was and what colours that they could see before creating their own lion picture.

@bonniebeardaycare We understand the importance of physical development and have created a fantastic indoor soft play space where children can enhance their physical abilities indoors aswell as out. All rooms have daily access to this area and here our Polar Bear room are having fun whilst using their gross motor skills to better develop their physical development #eyfs #physicaldevelopment #grossmotorskills 💪

Linking in with our topic of the week which is Nursery Rhyme Week our Grizzly Bears created an old MacDonald had a farm tuff tray with playdough.

They sang old MacDonald had a farm and named each and every animal that was on the farm and then used the animals to make marks in the playdough. 🐷 🐮 🐑

The children where really engrossed in this activity and was able to share the resources with each other taking turns and saying please and thank you.

Our pre school children made a bus and sang the 'wheels on the bus'.
All the children carried out the actions and had lots of fun on the preschool bus.

Our Panda bear children have been choosing there own story to read during there daily routine.

The children sing the hello song to everyone and are encouraged to find there own names, Next we sing the days of the week song, identifying what day it is today , what day it is tomorrow and what day it was yesterday.

We also spoke about the season and the weather☀️🌦️🌧️ #storytime #dailyroutine #nursery

The children used there concentration skills to copy the moves of the staff and listened to simple instructions of what was coming next!

We seen the horses and pigs and chickens too. As we where walking some of the children where jumping away from puddles and jumping into piles of leaves and laughing!

Grizzly bear children built on their fine motor skills by trying to free the spiders and the bats from the web

The children where using their pincer grasp to use the pincers to move the spiders and bats 🦇 🕷️

The children did get a little frustrated at first but with perseverance and determination they all mastered using the pincers and problem solving. 🕷️ 🦇 Well done Grizzly Bears 🐻
